All food is shipped prepared, cold and must be heated to at least 160 degrees.

Cooking Instructions for Crab Cake:

Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
Place Crab Cake on Greased/Buttered Cookie sheet or Pan
Bake until golden brown (Internal temp 165 degrees)
When fully cooked, the outside should be a golden brown color.

Cooking Instructions for Soup:

Maryland Crab/Cream of Crab
Add soup to a pot.
Slowly bring soup to 165 degrees
Stirring frequently
Do Not Boil
Add crab meat at the end.

Cooking Instructions for Crab Dip:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Bake crab dip to internal temperature to 165 degrees
Stir & Serve
